As the third academic term comes to an end this Friday 7th December, Rukungiri district education officer, Dr. Jackson Nzarirwehi has called up on all private and government school head teachers to ensure that all children receive their end of third term reports despite the school fees balances.

While releasing the district primary five and seven pre entry examinations results yesterday, Dr. Nzarirwehi noted that same of the head teachers at every end of academic term refuse to give away children reports because they demand them school fees balances and scholastic materials. This he said should stop this academic term because it’s a promotional term.

Speaking at the same function, Rukungiri district chairperson Andrewson Charles Ketebire promised all support to the district education office to ensure that all head teachers that have been in one school over five years but are not delivering are fired.
