Nyamityobora FC continued their preparations a head of the weekend’s Phillip Omondi Invitational Tournament with two intense training sessions on Tuesday.
The double training sessions were over seen by Head Coach James Odoch, his Assistant Juma Ssekiziyivu and Technical Director Flores Antonio.
Tuesday’s training was boosted by the return of Nigerian striker Innocent Maduka who missed Monday’s training after a day off returned and looked very sharp as he continuously troubled the defense.
Maduka is expected make his Nyamityobora debut when James Odoch’s men take on Proline FC on Friday at midday.
Young star Juma Dada is expected to make it to the Lugogo tournament following his big impact during the Abbas Sendyowa Memorial Tournament after generating headlines with his performances.
Only goal keeper Franco Olinga who is yet to return from compassionate leave missed Tuesday’s double training session.
The Banyakare will join defending champions Proline FC, Wakiso Giants and the hosts KCCA FC for the two day event held in memory of club and Uganda Cranes’ legend Phillip Omondi.
